Due to the adjustment in Japan's Value Added Tax (VAT) from October 1st ,2019, our policy on car rental rates will change as below.

VAT on Car Rental Rates

Car rental rates including base fee and additional fees (fees on additional services such as options, accessories, compensation package) will be calculated as below.

Pickup Date	Before October 1st, 2019	On and after October 1st, 2019
VAT	8%	10％

※Please be awared that "Pick Up Date" refers to the date of the actual pick up, not the date of reservation.

For customers who have already made a reservation or settled a payment on pickups on and after October 1st, 2019 with 8% VAT
Please be advised that additional payment of the difference from the new VAT 10% will occur at the time of pickup.
