About the Reservation Cancellation Fee

- You may change your reservation up to 3 (three) times.
- You may not change your reservation via phone.
About the Reservation Cancellation Fee
- If the resrvation was cancelled due to a personal reason, a cancellation fee will be charged.
- The cancellation fee does not occur if the resrevation is cancelled within 24 hours from the booking time.
- Cancellation fee may be charged up to JPY 6,600 (JPY 6,000 plus tax).

Customers from overseas MUST have the valid documents to drive a car in Japan.

* If you arrive on an international flight, please proceed to Pick-up Area No. 11 in the domestic terminal. (The shuttle bus service is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.)
* If you are taking an international flight back, we recommend returning the vehicle at least two hours before your departure time.
- * The above rate does not include the Safety Package or Super Safety Package fees. Please pay additional fees for purchase.
- * One-way drop off is not available with this promotion. Please return your vehicle to the pick-up location.
- * The contents of promotion may be changed or ended without a prior notice.
