You may not change your reservation via phone.

About the Reservation Cancellation Fee

If the resrvation was cancelled due to a personal reason, a cancellation fee will be charged.
The cancellation fee does not occur if the resrevation is cancelled within 24 hours from the booking time.
Cancellation fee may be charged up to JPY 6,600 (JPY 6,000 plus tax).
