A new rate for Hokkaido one way fee will be applied on reservations made on and after May 29th, 2018 against departing on and after July 1st, 2018.

Chitose & Sapporo area will be divided into two areas – Chitose Area and Sapporo Area – and one way fee will be adjusted accordingly as below. Thank you for your understanding.

1.If you wish to make changes to the existing reservation before May 29th:
If you make changes to your reservation before May 29th, the old rate will be applied to the reservations.

2.If you wish to make changes to the existing reservation on and after May 29th:
Please be advised that new rate may be applied to your reservation before making any changes. If you wish to continue with the change, you MUST contract Times Car RENTAL Global Customer Desk via mail or phone.

*Making change to the existing reservation includes: change in one-way location, adding one-way or other options, or change in vehicle type, departure /arrival (date or time)
