The following new rates and changes will be applied to reservations made on and after March 29th, 2018 against departing on and after June 1st, 2018.

1．New Vehicle Class – W-1

We introduce a brand new vehicle class, W-1. W-1 class is created to address various needs of our valued customers, especially for those who wish to rent something smaller than minivan at a reasonable price.

2．Re-classification of Vehicle Class

The existing classification by the engine type by fuel - Gasoline, Hybrid, and Clean Diesel – will be integrated into a single class, in order to enhance user experience when choosing a desired vehicle type. As a result, some of the existing rates will be renewed accordingly.

3．New One-way Service Charge

National one-way service charge will be renewed with exception to following areas:

1. 1. One-way service within 50 kilometers, including Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kansai Airport area.
2. 2. Hiroshima Airport area - Hiroshima/Kure downtown area.

With new rates and vehicle classes, we sincerely hope to service our valued customers with an improved customer experience and convenience, and Times Car RENTAL will continue to put our best effort to address a variety of needs and requests going forward.

For reservations made on and after March 29th against departures on and after June 1st

Due to a possibility that the new rate may be higher than the original reserved price, we will compare the two prices and automatically apply the cheaper price to your final rental fee. However, please be advised that should you wish to make a change that results in price change, such as drop-off location change, adding options, vehicle type/date/time change, and etc., the new rate will be applied.

How to Change Your Reservation

If you made a booking departing on and after June 1st and wish to make changes to your reservation, please refer to below for a proper procedure.
