Compensable amount for rental vehicle
In case of an emergency, Times Car Rental will compensate following amount at maximum. However, we are unable to compensate if the case applies to disclaimer on the condition of insurance.
- Insurance and compensation is not applicable in following cases.
- ●Damage amount exceeds maximum amount of compensation ●The case has not been reported to police office ●The case applies to disclaimer on the condition of insurance.（1）Accident on purpose（2）Flat Tire or Damaged Tire（3）Loss of Wheel Cover（4）Defacement of car interior（5）Loss of Accessories etc. ●Violation of Rental Agreement（1）Drink Drive（2）Aggressive Drive（3）Using Drugs（4）Extention of rental without prior notice（5）Accident during ride away（6）Drivers who are not approved by us（7）Duplicate Rental etc. ●Violation of safety commitment（1）Damage on the Accessories（2）Stolen when unlocked condition（3）Hit and Run at No Parking Area（4）Nuisances etc.
Protection of Indemnity
If you pay the excess amount coverage fee at the time of pick-up, you do not need to pay the property excess amount and vehicle excess amount in the case of an accident.
