For those who wish to enjoy a higher level of convenience at a low cost when driving in Japan
We recommend using expressways to go to various tourist spots when visiting Japan.
Obtain an ETC card and a pass for the area you wish to travel to enjoy flat-rate, unlimited-use privileges.
Times CAR RENTAL accepts applications for Expressway Pass programs in all areas of the country.
Expressway Passes
Handling Charge JPY 330 (inclusive of tax) + Flat-rate Pass Fee
Reserve the required passes at the same time as the ETC card on the car rental reservation screen.
The availability of the pass you require varies per station.
You will be required to submit your passport before receiving the pass. Passes cannot be used with driver’s licenses issued in Japan.
*The ETC card rental service is only available to customers renting vehicles from Times CAR RENTAL.
*A valid credit card is required. Payment cannot be made in cash.

Hokkaido Expressway Pass (HEP)
